A project is considered in progress if:
- It has been approved from the Concept Stage.
- A developer or team is actively working on it.
- There is an early prototype, wireframe, or codebase being tested.
- Regular progress updates are provided.
π Once a project reaches a stable state, it will move to the next phase (e.g., deployment or production).

To transition a project from Concept Stage to In Progress:
- The project must be reviewed and approved by the team.
- A developer or team must be assigned.
- The project file should be moved from
concepts/toin-progress/. - The idea should have:
- A clear development plan.
- A GitHub repo (if applicable).
- An initial prototype or wireframe.

- Regular status updates should be provided (weekly, bi-weekly).
- If a project is delayed, paused, or requires additional feedback, it should be marked accordingly.
