This section contains projects that have moved beyond the concept stage and are now being actively developed. These projects are assigned to developers and are evolving towards a working prototype or production release.

🔍 What is an "In-Progress" Project?​

A project is considered in progress if:

  • It has been approved from the Concept Stage.
  • A developer or team is actively working on it.
  • There is an early prototype, wireframe, or codebase being tested.
  • Regular progress updates are provided.

📌 Once a project reaches a stable state, it will move to the next phase (e.g., deployment or production).

🛠 How to Move a Concept to "In Progress"​

To transition a project from Concept Stage to In Progress:

  1. The project must be reviewed and approved by the team.
  2. A developer or team must be assigned.
  3. The project file should be moved from concepts/ to in-progress/.
  4. The idea should have:
    • A clear development plan.
    • A GitHub repo (if applicable).
    • An initial prototype or wireframe.

📢 Project Tracking & Updates​

  • Developers should document progress in the project’s markdown file.
  • Regular status updates should be provided (weekly, bi-weekly).
  • If a project is delayed, paused, or requires additional feedback, it should be marked accordingly.

🚦 Next Phase: Once development is complete, the project is reviewed and either deployed or archived.
